For this months playlist I’ve partnered with one of my amazing friends who loves long distance runs. Whenever I do cardio it’s always sprints or intervals, I can’t hang for the long stuff. It’s because of this that I asked Shaylee to put together a playlist that keeps her motivated for long distance running and you guys, it’s amazing! Did you know that one of the biggest mistakes you can make running long distances is not giving yourself the time to warm up? It’s because of this that Shaylee starts out with a warm up song so she gets off on the right foot.
